A MESSAGE FROM CEO, AVANISH SINGH VISEN

First and foremost, I want to express my sincere concern for everyone who has been impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19). This is a difficult and uncertain time for everyone, the impact of the COVID-19 has been hard on everyone - emotionally and financially; personally and professionally.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, corporate partners, stakeholders, customers, and community always remains as a high priority. I would also like to thank our loyal customers for their continued trust in ENCRAFT. While we’ve faced many challenges in our long history, we are in an unprecedented situation as we continue to watch the spread and impact of COVID-19.

I am confident we will overcome this tough situation together as we have in the past. We’ve already seen tremendous strength and compassion from people around the world, partners in the field, and employees throughout our company.

This virus may change our way of life for now, but it will not change our love for one another, our patriotism and our friendships. It will not alter our determination to help others who are hoping for our help.

We commit ourselves to move forward undeterred in the pursuit of better tomorrow. We will leave no stone unturned to create value for our customers, partners, and stakeholders and the nation and we go above and beyond every day to prove it. It’s in our DNA.

I am proud and inspired by the way our company has risen to this challenge - with flexibility, resilience, courage – and a caring heart. I am also very proud of the hard work and dedication of our employees during these unprecedented times. We will work together as a team across all parts of the business - to keep going and to make this one of our finest hours.

At Encraft we are going to continue to do essential work and are operating as normal, but with added precautions. Our manufacturing facilities are functioning at normal capacity, but with many additional measures to keep our employees safe, and we expect our lead times to remain stable. To further prevent the spread of COVID-19, as recommended by WHO and local health authorities, we are :

Advising all employees to stay home if they feel sick, with extended paid leave.
Limiting group meetings, in number, and attendee size.
 Increasing social distancing across facilities.
Installed foot-operated sanitizing stations to encourage cleaning and hand washing frequently, using soap and water for at least 20 seconds or with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60-95% alcohol
Continue routine environmental cleaning and consider additional measures given by WHO.
Communicating and educating our teams on the latest recommendations every day.
Making use of virtual tools available to serve our customers virtually and for our meetings.
We’ve taken additional steps to combat the spread of illness and support our teams, including discontinuing business travel, postponing in-person tours and training sessions, and extending our leave policies for employees. We are also working together with our dealers and business partners around the country to adjust logistics and delivery and enact continuity plans to minimize disruption.

I wish the best of health for everyone during this crisis." Together, we will get through this stronger than ever.

Please, do look after yourself and your families, and stay safe.
